DISAPPOINTING HOME LOANS AND PRESTIGE BANKING!!!

My partner and I recently applied for a home loan with std bank as we are current prestige account holders at std bank and thought obviously we would get the best deal because this is our bank. Yet we only get approved for a 90% bond, reason we are told is because anything over 1.5 mil you will only be approved for 90%, yet the bond affordability calculators on your website says something else! We also have an existing std bank bond and management of all accounts are excellent along with credit records and affordability is not a problem. What is the point of being prestige bankers, when the important services needed cannot be fulfilled by your own bank. Now I must apply to other banks and change my accounts cause my bank has failed me. Maybe we should now realize that std bank does not value us as customers and go to another bank that can serve us and reward us for banking with them. Prestige??? What a load of!!!
