This is a follow up complaint to my initial complaint about the optometrist Dr. Allan Southern.

Dr. Allan Southern called me about the initial complaint with a threat to lay a legal counter charge if I did not pay the 'Hello Peter' fine that his practice was issued. I offered go to his practice but he refused and became very rude. After the call ended he called again and spoke to my wife who was also upset about his behaviour.

That was not all. One of his customers, that works with me heard about my complaint from this practice. He talked to be about it and asked my to apologise and pay Mr. Southern since it was wrong of me to complain to 'Hello Peter'. This is futher wrong for another customer to know about my account information. (The prescription spectacles also went missing in the workplace over this time).

[The initial complaint was about blue colouring to prescription spectacles that was charged to my account without me requesting it]
