This is the 3rd time I am having to put up a complaint on halo peter to get FNB to respond to hteir poor service. Strangly enough its also the 3rd time I have had dealing with fnb..and every interaction has been a poor one.100% fail rate.
..
1st time - was when I opened my account and applied for n ipad -- received the card but no ipad... no corespondence until I had to contact them on halo peter

2nd time - when i upgraded my account - didnt receive any correspondence until I put up complaint on halo peter

3rd time is now i appied for an overdraft sent in all the docs..called the call centre number and it seems that they now confused.was promised a call back... still no call..

consumers please be aware of fnb before you sign up..I would not recommed this bank to anyone and will be cancelling all my services with them in due course...

their poor service delivery is uttely disgusting..if governmnet ran their bank..even they would do a better job...
