Amazing Assistance

My car had been with TC Panelbeaters (an authorised service provider of Dial Direct). They kept delaying delivery and I eventually took my complaint up with Cordelia. Thanks to her efforts I not only got my car back that same day, she kept me up to date the entire day and also followed up with me the following morning. My handbrake needs repairing and my personal effects that were in the car have disappeard between the time it was towed to yesterday's collection. Cordelia is however givng further assistance in this regard. She has been amazing with her assistance. Thank you.
