Misleading information and Unauthorised debits

FNB recently debited R5680.14 with any arrangement or authorisation. I was told it is a residual amount owed. I was definitely not told about that. I have made numerous arrangements with their consultants and it has never been noted. The consultants do even bother to give you a reference after talking to you. I have questioned the fact that there is no debit order coming off but no body bothered to active it. I am being told that the last time FNB spoke to me was in 2009. How possible is it that they cannot be aware that I owe them for 3 years and do nothing about it. they have taken all the money I have in my account and have left me with nothing to live for the month without any notification what so ever. I have updated my details both online and verbally but they still didn't bother to contact me. I know I have a personal loan with them but have never said I will not or am not willing to pay it. I need the money refunded into my account even if they take what is due to them for the month and give me back what's left I will be fine with that. The month. they cannot take everything that's in my account. how do they expect me to survive to for the month. I NEED MY MONEY BACK, FNB.
