Worst Insurer - Ridiculous Rejection of Claim

Bottom line to all South Africans, DON'T insure with Telesure Group!

Summary, I was violently hijacked & robbed. I submitted a claim which was summarily rejected by Cobus Becker of Telesure who had a callous disregard 4 my feelings & emotional wounds. The reason 4 not paying the claim is that I allegedly withheld previous claim history. Cobus also insinuated that I was deliberately deceitful in the sales call, I take strict exception this. I am treating this matter as a personal attack on my character. I maintain that I was co-operative, open & honest & answered every question truthfully. I was never requested 2 give details on previous portable possession losses. In any case, this policy & the previous one under which the said losses occurred r both underwritten by the same insurer!!

I find the rejection of my claim grossly unreasonable. I demand that this groundless decision be immediately reversed & the claim paid out in full. On satisfactory resolution of this matter I will remove this report. I have written a detailed letter 2 your internal dispute resolution department as requested by Cobus Becker & expect a final decision by close of business 2morow 17h00 - 28.02.2013
