Hi there,
We had a burglary on the 13th September where a lot of our stuff was. It was the first time that something like this happened to us. I thought that the claim process will take atleast a month! Cobus McDonald was assigned to work on our claim. I'd like to thank him and compliment him on his speedy response. Our claim was handled in a very professional and very speedy manner.
