Cruelty to Animals

On Sunday 4th of August 2013 we took our two Border Collies for Grooming at City Pets in Lambton we were told to fetch them in an hour when we arrived one dog was ready the other one looked so stressed we went to calm her down and saw she was chained to the wall the chain was so tight she was joking her eyes were red and swollen and she could hardly breath. I complained immediately and was told they were sorry, I was rather angry and vowed they wont go back, an hour after getting home her eye was watering by the evening her eye was closed. We took her to the Vet who said that the products they used have burnt her cornea on her eye, I am so mad how can they used products that can potentially hurt your dog. The employees are not trained to deal with these animals and they don't care. I have contacted them and asked them to pay the vet account they were suppose to come to us which they didn't after phoning this morning he said they have insurance for it and it was our responsibility to claim, no way, his insurance he must claim. Needless to say I am taking it further and seeing a Lawye
