Debit Order Processed Before the Agreed Date

Hi

I've got a Personal Loan with Nedbank. The Debit Order is set up with ABSA Bank for the 25th of each month.
The Reason for this is because I get paid on this date.
On the Morning of the 22nd I received the sms from ABSA to fund my account immediately for the Debit order of the loan to go through.
I phoned the bank and was told by the call centre NOT TO WORRY, ITS JUST A WARNING SMS. IT WONT BE PROCESSED ON THAT DAY.
Due to incompetency, the debit order was processed on the 22nd!
Now it reflects BAD on my account and my Credit Record that I worked my off to keep clear!!!
I want feedback on this matter ASAP!!!
ABSA has dissapointed me for the last time and after being a loyal customer for the past 13 years, I think it is time to move on to a new and more effiecient bank.
