TOTALLY DISGUSTING

Earlier today i phoned Outsuane for a quote on vehicle insurance. the consultant (i never took a name) was so rude and unhelpful. she told me i should not jump to another insurance because i must build a profile and must stick to my insurance. her attitude on the phone was not friendly or professional. outsurance has a policy they will pay you R400 if they cant beat your current insurance. they couldnt beat my insurance at the moment - but i dont know if the lady that helped me just did not want to help me or see if she could better my preium.. and she mentioned nothing about the money.. i am totally disgusted with the level of service i recieved. people like that should not be working in a call centre!!!
