I have never used Groupon before but heard how great their service is so I thought I would give it a try. Four weeks ago I ordered products from them online - four orders in total. Out of those four orders, two have been received! I phoned earlier this week to find out what the was going, only to hold on for 45 minutes listening to some automated system on the other side telling me that someone will attend to my call as soon as possible, which never happened. So I emailed them to lodge a complaint as their fine print states that the orders will be delivered within two weeks... yet I am still waiting! I finally got through to a very helpful gentlemen who ensured that my order would be delivered to my offices today. This morning I received a phone call from their courier company advising that the one of my outstanding orders will only be delivered on Monday. When I asked about the other outstanding order, she had no idea. So I phoned Groupon again, holding on for about 15 minutes only to be told that they are having technical difficulties and they then put the phone down on me! All I want are my orders please and I want it dealt with a.s.a.p! No more excuses!
