Good morning

I am a 29 year old female, three minors, recently lost my husband from a Motorbike accident.
He had an accidental plan with FNB, which was religiously paid on a monthly basis with no hassle. When i initially requested for the Claimant forms, i went to the nearest branch and was issued wrong forms to fill in. I completed the forms and faxed them as advised. Never got any feedback. Eventually called to do follow up... spoke to a lady by the name of Nannie who confirmed to have the documents but stated that i had completed wrong forms... I was then sent another set of forms, completed and faxed AGAIN.
I was then advised to get post-motem from the investigative officer, which as per our Law is available after 6-9 months. Called again to follow up and was advised that the documents were received but were not clear. Had to drive from Randburg to Pretoria to submit. Waited over 24hrs before i could get any feedback.
Nannie called to advise that they would then send their Forensic dept to get the post mortem, which never happed. Every time i called i was given a different story. Our Gvmnt needs to protect us from insurance companies who always make it difficult 4 us.
