CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT DID NOT FAX FORMS YET

I filled in my claim forms on Friday 16th August for my retrenchment for my store and loan accounts. I took all necessary documents and gave it to the customer agent at the store at inquiries. The girl guaranteed me she was gonna fax through the documents right then. I was pleased with her service and left.

I called the Woolworths insurance department today and the consultant advised they have never received the documents till date.

I called the store today to speak to the manager and they refused to take my call.

This service is pathetic. I will not re-fill the forms again nor go to the store. If the girl that filled the forms in does not fax the forms at the end of tomorrow. I am going to contact the consumer protection act and take you'll to court as the cctv camera is my proof of signing those forms. I will also have this complaint here on hellopeter as proof that I advised you accordingly.

I will appreciate if the head department take this seriously as I am sure you are not paying your workers for sitting on their all day.
