I've been a loyal customer of outsurance for the last 6 years. My cover increased every year and currently standing on R988 per month for my Golf 5, 2006 model. Related quotes in the market are between R 350 and R500, including more benefits than Outsurance.
They are paying for my damages after being in an accident, but I was informed that they approved pirate parts to be installed in my vehicle without informing me.
Other companies with lower premium rates, would have bent over backwards to supply me with a substitute vehicle for a much lower premium and better customer service.
During my last phone call with a manager, I was sarcastically informed that outsurance does not make parts.
Trying to install pirate parts in my vehicle, resulted in delaying the process as they did not fit my car.
Outsurance is not even willing to compensate me with a vehicle even if the delay is due to their mistake of approving wrong parts.
This proves that Outsurance takes advantage of uninformed people and will take as much cash without taking responsibility for their mistakes.
