I have applied for a revolving loan via Internet Banking after which FNB sent me an sms saying that my application is being processed. I then didn't hear from FNB again and followed up myself. After being sent to exactly 4 different callcentres, I was told to phone my branch. It seems that my initial complaint on hello peter about my debt review status that wasn't removed (after I received written confirmation from FNB that it has been removed - 8 months ago) is still showing on my accounts. So I sent all the clearance certificates and information AGAIN for the 100th time or so it feels.
The gentleman in the branch whom I am dealing with is called Solomon. Solomon is never at his desk so needless to say he doesn't phone me back or answer my calls.
I have applied through FNB because i do ALL my business through FNB and they promise good turn around time. It has now been more than a week and no one can take accountability for my application or debt review status. I have today finally applied for the loan through Capitec bank. Lets see who gets back to me first.
