No Joy at Finding the sportsmans warehouse account

I have been blacklisted by FNB/Sportsmans warehouse for an account I closed when FNB closed their agreement with sportsmans warehouse. My credit report shows the account as closed in October 2012, but I have closed it in 2009, I have since made no payments to that account as it was closed, but now I cannot find anyone within FNB to assist with resolving the issue.
