Thank you Francois!!!

Last year Feb I bought a nike sports watch at Sportsmans warehouse in Kimberley and last week the strap broke cause of (wear & tear) I wear it al the time, the biggest mistake I ever made was to phone nike customer service witch explained to me they dont repair the watch and theres nothing they kan do (thank you Boipelo Seshabela). Worst of all I was willing to pay all the repair costs cause the watch cost me R1899. Not even to mension the cost of the 3 pair of nike tekkies that I bought that works with the watch!!!

But then n phoned Sportsmans Warehouse Store manager Francois, and the greatest service in history begun, firstly he listened (unlike nike), secondly he said that he will see what he can do (unlike nike), thirdly he phoned me back and said Sportsmans Warehouse will replace the watch (unlike nike)

Thank You Francois, cause of youre excellent service I will be a Sportsmans Warehouse CUSTOMER for life.
