Poor Service and Failure to delive

I was very appalled to receive my Credit Report from the credit Bureau only to find that my Jet account which I closed on the 03/09/2012 was still active and shows I owe a balance of R5007.00. I don't understand how a huge company like Jet fails to send updates to the credit bureau, I want the manager to contact me as soon as possible and find a quickest way to amend this issue. While resolving this issue I was Jet to give me feedback on the account and I do not want to receive any statements as the account was closed and there is a R0 balance on the statement, one of the consultants in your call centre clearly stated that "the account is closed and you won't receive anything from Jet", clearly she didn't know what she was doing. Can this matter be resolved before further step are taken with the credit Bureau Investigators.
