No feedback after dispute on cancelled authorizon

I missed a payment in November due to late salary receipt (change of jobs) informed miway and wanted to do cash payment and was told its not possible they will run another debit on my acc in 3 days, that never happened. I had a claim for d period which payment was not made, it was approved, assessment was done and I was never given contacts of the panel beater appointed/ recommended. On follow up of debit order I was told they won't do instead they would let me pay pro-rata for the days remaining in the month and I knew that automatically affects my claim. I followed up on the claim in first week of January was told the claim authorization had been cancelled and I disputed, was told client services would listen to my conversation with d consultant I spoke with initially and then come back to me. That has not happened, in between I was told a manager will call me that hasn't happened either. So I really don't know if anyone is attending to the matter, I'm tired of calling them and having to hold the phone while they ask from a "supervisor" or whatever. I have never missed a payment with them since 2010 or so and now one incident that I personally reported and wanted to correct I get
