I applied for a consolidation loan with customer assist on the 21st Jan, it was confirmed someone will get back to me. To date nobody has gotten back to me, i have called on several occassion and been told its in the process. Today i called and after a long time of holding i was told it is still with the manager called Aubrey. I find this service rather pathetic. Its a month later now!
