I applied for a Consolidation loan and I sent all my documents to standard bank on the 24th of January, they sent me an email saying I must fax my recent pay slip that's what I did, I called them on the 27th of February they said to me they are still busy with my application, and I will get an answer ASAP. So today I called them and the lady that was assisting me today told me that they are experiencing a high volume of applications and it might take a month for someone to call me regarding my application. And what's worse is that the person I spoke to on the 27th told me a different story than the one I got today. I'm not happy at all
