Why would you call me to ask where my card should be delivered, if you are just going to send it to wherever you want??? My card was sent to Worcester and I live in Johannesburg!! Now I will be without a card for about two weeks as it has to be 're-routed'
You have also just sent my garage card to some random branch without consulting me.
I also have not received any SMS notifications since Saturday.
Oh and please teach your branch staff it is impolite to chew bubblegum with an open mouth while talking to a client.
