Standard Bank Withholding my Money for 13 days!

On the 28/04/13 I deposited cash into my credit card at the ATM Machine at Flora Centre. Till today the money is not reflecting in my account. Please help!! I have exhausted all channels of communication and nobody seems to be helping me. Spoke to Clinton Moodley, who is the credit card division menager.
