BAD SERVICE RECEIVED SINCE IN ENTERED INTO DEBTCOU

I entered into debt counselling last year. Ever since that time the service i hv been receiving from standard bank is extremely bad. I have sent debit order cancellation forms to them, but iam still charged for debit orders fees which i dont understand. I am aware that it is my responsibility to cancel other debt orders which are not held with Std bank, but the fees 4 upaid debits is deducted, i called in to advise such and i have been communicating to them via e-mail, i was told that they only received it in Dec 2012. I objected that because the forms are dated back to August 2012. The ladies that hv been interacting with me are Una Crawford and Amina Sharif. I sent several e-mail to complain and nothing has been done. I would like to add that i have a credit life insurance and all service providers were advised accordingly but Std bank still deducts it from the acccount. I feel like im fighting a loosing battle with them, im trying to pay my debts but with this sort of thing, my account is stagnant. I would like all the credit life amounts to be refunded and the bank charges to be reversed accordingly. I advised the lady i spoke to today that i can no longer wait 4 7d
