I approached consumer wise last year in November, I asked them to help me with my debts. I spoke to Luseko who help me to fill the forms he asked to change my bank account to Standard bank, i told him that i cant do that, then he asked to me go to my bank which is FNB to stop all the debit orders of all the service providers that they are going to help me with. i did all that & they sent me an SMS that said they got my application, then in January they sent me another SMS to say that i must debit R3680 in their bank account. I couldn't do as it was so full at the bank when i went to debit that money, at the beginning of February I called Luseko told him that i will go to my bank & arrange for a debit order for 24months with their bank cause i can, t go to the bank every month to make that payment. Then i got another SMS from their
head office to say that my application has been cancelled cause i didn't transfer money in their bank account & i must pay R3000 for cancellation fee & to remove my name from debt review, i don't think this is fair, I am prepared to pay a cancellation fee but not this much, this people must help us to pay our debts not to increase them.
