NO COOPERATION IE DEBIT ORDER CANCELLATION

We sent a signed request to cancel debit order to Standard bank and their blatant disregard to the debt review process, left a client penniless and in despair. Client applied for debt review and the debt counselor cancelled all debit orders according to Standard bank's policies, but the debit orders are still deducted on a monthly basis. This happens often!! The only bank in South Africa that is worth anything at this stage is FNB, maybe you should learn from them.
