Once again, Still NO FREAKIN CAR

I guess it no use complaining. Service in this country is as 3rd world as they get. 10 weeks later, and still no car. Management phone me like 2 hours after this complaint the last time, promising quick action, and close to 3 weeks later, still no car. I phone and ask what's going on, and get the usual, we'll phone you back, and WOW, still waiting.

Have Dial Direct sold my car, my car, lost my car, because no-one seems to know where it is, or what the progress on repairs is after a whopping 10 weeks, going on 11. I guess my Christian principles of being patient is being tested here. I sure hope they don't expect me to pay my access any longer, not after this poor show of service delivery and profound inconvenience.

But here's hoping for miracles, even in this day. SO, 414 characters left, and what do I say next. Phone, me, me all you want, the truth of the matters is, Dial Direct. I have printed the first complaint, and will this one, and now it's off to the newspapers.

I don't want any excuses but my car and NO freaking access, you owe me as much Dial Direct, and deliver my car to my doorstep where you took it from 10 weeks ago, now that's a good boy.
