Cash withdrawn () from my account

My Amahle Nakasa cell number 0839374609, i logged a complaint on capitec on the date 2013/02/16 regarduing cash from my account R3000.00. i received a call from the lady who did not specify her position at capitec bank. what she said was quoted "they may have used my pin" as a result capitec will not be refunding me the cash. i am not happy with the way this case is been handle. she also adviced me to call their ombudsman number which is an incomplete number (011 712) send via sms. she also gave me attitude.
