Santam
3 months and claim not paid out

I submitted a claim in December, the excess has been paid. It is now February and no payment has been made by Santam for me to fix my car. No one responds to my emails or phone calls. When I do try to escalate I've received excuse after excuse. It is a huge inconvenience not having a car.
