Absolutely The Most Horrible Service Ever!!!

I lodged a claim with santam and i enquired as to what my excess would be and they informed me that it is R2500. Then the assessor calls me and tells me my excess is actually R2500 R5000! Santam do not explain what these extra endorsements are on your policy. According to Moenieb in the call centre it was explained to me very clearly what my excess is and i beg to differ. Their system couldn't even pick up my postal address so they have been sending it to knows where. Now they want me to pay R7500 excess in order to repair something that costs R7251!!! how is it humanly possible to fathom how this even works! I am horrified and disgusted with santam and i will be making sure that i tell absolutely everyone single person i know never to insure with santam, and i am also going to make sure that those people tell everyone they know never to insure with santam!!!
