Excess still not paid

0n the 26th of August 2013 I was involved in an accident when a lady reversed into the back bumper of my car in the Gautrain Station parking lot. Even thought the other party has been found guilty i have still not been paid out my excess and it has been almost 6 months. Santam have not bothered to keep in contact with me and I have to phone them at least twice a week. Every time I call i get a different answer. The only person that has been helpful is Raymond Zitha and he is not even responsible for the claim. He has provided me with email feedback and this in the only communication i have received from Santam in 6 months. Santam are quick to take your money but cannot even have the decency to keep their customers informed. Very disappointed.
