How many times do you need to be asked???

I applied for a personal loan over a year ago with a debit order to take place on the last day of every month, every month since then the debit order has been coming off a few days before the end of the month, I can't have the debit order coming off before my salary is paid in. I have phoned numerous times regarding this and always get the same answer "We will fix the problem"

Now today I get an SMS "Debit Order reminder please fund your account today." IT'S THE 22nd TODAY!!! I am so sick and tired of phoning about this problem, THEY JUST DON"T DO ANYTHING!!!

I am sick with Laryngitis, now how the am I going to phone when I have no voice. Would it make any difference if I did?
