I moved over to MIWAY about 3 months ago, and so far i have been very dissatisfied. The only premium that went off my account successfully was the first one on the date as i requested.
For the past two months i continually have to call the call centre to find out why my premium for the month hasn't been deducted, may concern was that if anything happened to my car, MIWAY would claim that i didn't pay my premium.
It was instructed to MIWAY to deduct my premium from my account on the 23rd of every month. When i call the call centre, i have to hold the line for - 15minutes for a consultant to answer. My premium was finally deducted after continuously calling in March.
In the month of April the same thing happen again, my debit order didn't go off my account on the 23rd as instructed. For a week i had to continually call the call centre again, my debit order went off on the 01/05/2013 and the amount deducted was R341 more. I have now only been paid back half of the amount as MIWAY made the payment back to me incorrectly. My frustration is also that a different person always deals with my cases, and nobody ever follows up, i have to waste my time on a call centre line to get help.
