Debit order wen through on the wrong day

My name is Mpho & I'm so disappointed at the level of service from MiWay. I recently took car insurance on the 17/05/2013 I requested that my account should debited on the 20th of Every Month. The first debit order went through on the 20th of May R753, then you decided to debit my account again on the 2 June an amount of R1063... I don't understand why & we didn't even agree on this date. I'm so angry because I didn't even receive the formal contract that was supposed to be mailed to me. If you are failing me at the beginning, how are you going to keep me?
