No explanations!!

My mother has been in ICU for 13 days before she has passed away. her AIG policy paid out a full R884. when i made enquiries as to why it was so little. the lady gave me an email adres and a fax nr and i sent a fax, with the claim attatched, together with a letter and sent an e-mail 3times to get an explination! no response whatsoever at all! not even a confirmation to say that they are looking into the matter!! PLEASE ASSIST!!!
