DECEASED CLAIM TAKING MORE THAN YEARS TO BE PAID

My mother passed away 27 FEB 2010 & we've been trying to claim from one of my mother's policy till 2day still not sorted. We started claiming via Empangeni Branch[KZN] but consultants who were assisted us were of no help. They failed to advise us of all documents required from us to successfully claim as a result we had to go back to the branch more than 10times. Every time we go back to check "how far the claim is" they will tell us of documents still outstanding. To get to that branch we pay R200 return hence we're domicile at Ulundi[RURAL]. The service was very poor, some other documents we had to submit the 3times e.g burial order, letter frm hsptl that confirmed my mother's death. Eventually we decided to liase direct with their head office call centre who also were of NO help. I spoke to DERRICK on180313&was very sarcastic, placed me on hold for more than 30min& eventually I hanged up, all he wrote on his notes was "I wanted to speak to manager" THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE I EXPECT FRM SUCH A BIG &"RESPECTED" COMPANY. As you can see frm prev interactions. I'm the one who calls&send e-mail but they don't respnd. DOES IT TAKE 3 YEARS to process death claim. WE WANT CLOSURE ON THIS!
