Contacted the dept. to have my Cheque Card cancelled on the 9th of February as someone was using it. Said it would take 10 working days to deliver new card to a branch of my choice - I specifically asked that it be delivered to the branch at Canal Walk. Phoned them today to ask where they are in delivering the card. Got told the card was never cancelled! Received a call later in the day saying the card is in Constantia Branch. How do you propose I get there when I clearly instructed you to deliver it to where I work? I have never ever had your bank do anything right! And you don't care what happens to me - you simply do not care and take absolutely no accountability for you actions and never ever try to accomodate your clients when you have. Why is that? Why must I every single time get close to a stroke before you do the simplest of things right.?
