Nearly 2 years and still no surplus payement

I have been trying for nearly 2 years to get my surplus fund claim through and I still don't even have a statement. I try nearly every day all day to get through on the telephone, starting from 8 am in the morning and with no luck.
I have waited the 8 weeks that was required of me and I still got getting through or having any replies to my emails. No problem to take my money every month but no one has the decency to get this sorted out. I am disgusted with the service I have received.
