Granted 100% Loan initially but reduced it to 50%

Hi

I applied for Home Loans Via Staff Banking Centre in joburg they initially granted me 100 % Loan and when i went to sign my bond documents with attorney i realized that they granted only 50 % and when i called standard bank home loans they said my application is revised and a decision is made to grant only 50 % but they never informed me or communicated with me.

whose mistake is this i am suffering now :(
