Old Mutual
No consultant to assist me

I went to old mutual branch in braamfontein and i could nt be assisted because a consultant who has access is absent from work today. Old mutual is a big company to be short staffed??? i m really desperate to withdraw money from my savings policy which takes 7 days to be paid out and now unfortunately i have to wait and call to check if that person is in until i can be assisted. Am really frustrated about that because there is more 5 consultants available in the office but non of them can help me. I ve travelled all the way there and i now have to go back home or take another taxi to go the JHB CBD branch
AM REALLY DISSAPOINTED:) BECAUSE I THOUGHT YOU WERE THE BEST.
