Withdrawal of money from my policies

Iwas at Guguletu sqaure on the 03.01.2014 to do a part withdrawal on my savings policy and was told money will take 3 - 5 working days to reflect on my bank account today is the 14th of Jan and the money is not on my bank account. I called their client service line on monday and was told the transfer will be done yesterday at 12 oclock or latest 3pm I did not take the person's name. I then called again at 15:30 a lady told me the money is reflecting she will speak to the department who releases the money. The agent said she will escalte my enquiry to payment dept and would call me later yesterday or today. I feel this is unfair to me as a client as the money i requested my money and i am being told the money is reflecting and they also telling me about the banking details which does not match, funny enough the money is being deducted from that account every month. Old mutual is so quick to call people to tell them about their services once you join them its a hustle ti get your money back. This is unprofessional and im expecting the money asap. The service is so bad cause if i knew it would take this long i could have looked at other alternatives for cash
