Aftrekking verkeerd op polis

Ek hoop julle kan my help. Ek het al op verskeie kere vir liberty gebel om polis se betaling uit te sorteer maar geen joy nie. Die boekhouer het die volgende vir my geskryf. SARS would send Liberty a letter instructing them to deduct a certain amount from their payments to you, and pay this amount over to them.
SARS would not "take the money", they cannot. It would be deducted from your payment and paid to them by Liberty. Therefore the responsibility to supply you with details with Liberty. They must supply you with the letter of instruction from SARS, together with proof that they deducted the money from your payment, and paid it to SARS.Please do not accept any other "story" from them.
