Will Not Pay out on Matured Policy

After twenty years of regular payments to Liberty, my policy matured in September. I did not hear a word from Liberty - I had to contact them. After filling in a load of paperwork, I still hear nothing. Today - after two months of inexplicable delay, I get an "automated response" email - one that I cannot respond to. the email explains that although I have supplied the FICA documents that Liberty required, my residence is in my wife's name, not mine and this means Liberty cannot pay out. I am now required to submit a proof of residence in my name, which, of course is an impossible request, as it does not exist.
Liberty make it very clear that premium payments cannot be late, and I have not been late once in 20 years. Yet, they can delay payout for two months while hiding behind beurocracy. Liberty - look at my impeccable record. You should value my business, not annoy me to this extent. Your organisation stinks! After this incident, I can NEVER recommend you.
