Payment delayed by inefficiency

I have been trying to redeem my Retirement Annuity. Sanlam (Linda Botes) has despite an express request, refused to provide me with advice on the circumstances under which one can claim the full amount. That I will deal with later. I have at her instance asked them to pay me the 1/3 of the benefit that she insists is all I am entitled to. She sent ME forms "a"and "b"which I had to take to PPS to get signed and sent back to them, with the promise that the money would be paid into my account on receipt of the forms. This I did, trusting in good faith that Martin Olivier at PPS would comply with the rather simple request. On receiving his copied e-mail it appeared that he had not. I blasted him and this Sunday the 17th he sent me an e-mail to apologise and attaching what seemed to be proof that the form has now been signed and forwarded to Ms Botes. As of today, it seems that she either denies receiving the form (I copied her Olivier's mail) or that she has given ME the wrong form (instead of forwarding it direct to PPS) or some such and they are making calls and sending mails and generally appearing to be busy in all types of activities except for paying me
