Very Disappointed!!!

Due to one of your employees taking months to complete paperwork that we desperately needed in order to collect my late fathers UIF, we are no longer able to do so since the 6 month window period has expired.

Not only did this person fail to provide us with the documents that we required, whenever you phone her she is never in her office, you cannot leave a message on her machine as her voice box is full, she does not respond to any e-mail enquiries and when leaving a message with the receptionist that she must please phone you back she never does.

I am very disappointed with Denise Smit. If this is the way that all employees of Sanlam work I am of good mind to cancel all policies I have with Sanlam and move my business to someone else.

What I want to know from Sanlam is what is going to be done about the fact that we can no longer claim the UIF due to the total lack of interrest of one of their employees to provide us with the one outstanding form that she needed to complete.
