3 weeks and no pesponse

I have a collective investment with sanlam so on the 26/july/2013 i requested a repuchase form from them and they requested 3 documents from me that was1. I.D copy, 2. Proof of address and bank statement and i faxed the required docements the following day. i waited for them to reply to say they got the documents or they are busy with the claim but nothing. on the 31st i sent a mail to them and Patric from client services called and advised that i must send them my I.D copy and Proof of address because he only received the bank statement. i faxed the documents again the same day and i also asked him by when will the funds be in my account he say by the 5th first thing in the morning. i waited till the 6th to see if the funds will be in but nothing. i called them today to find out whats happening and he told me that he receives alot of request everyday and he did not receive the required documents still. he gave me his mail address but still he is not responding to my mails and i faxed him the documents he requested again.

im just not happy with the service im getting from them where i have to wait for 3 weeks to get my money.
