Outsurance
Bad Service!!

I have had insurance with Outsurance for 2 years and have always been impressed with them. But i'm starting to rethink my opinion. For the second time i have had difficulty updating my policy. I find it very convenient requesting them to call you back, as you can hold forever sometimes and use a lot of airtime. But on both occasions this has been a painful process!!
Now most recently, i sent 4 or more requests for them to call me - including all of my details - name & surname, id number and contact number. But no call... only to hear from my mom that they in fact called HER!! She also has insurance with them but i am absolutely dumbfounded that regardless of all of my personal details i provided them, they call my mom who has nothing to do with my policy?? I cannot believe that service, how stupid can you be?
