I forward a quote for my car to be fixed, i had to go back 3times still now the car is not in good condition. i request for the car to go to another repair centre to do a better job, now you guys tell me it's an old case why did I take long to complain you don't have funds you not going to pay. Now my question is: if a case has resurfaced, I'm not happy with the work done and the owner tell you that his not going to pay another repair centre, he will fix it and yet he still can't, and I call my insurance to inform them and I get a negative feedback, what must I do?
no one seems to came back to me with any feedback.
its sad i had to go online and complain while someone had to just liaise with me. Im really not impressed with the service Im getting from Wendy and her team.
can this matter be solved in a matter of urgency as im not a happy client at the moment
