Worst Service

Good Morning,

I would just like to again complain about the utter lack of service from Vodacom Repair Centre. I have a well documented case of poor service. My current job number is 953 8073. I have been struggling with my iPhone for 6weeks and again this morning was told that the repair centre will not cover my repair under warranty although it was within the 1year warranty when I gave my phones in 22 December 2013.

I will be consulting legal advice regarding the matter since no one is willing to accept responsibility regarding the matter.
