I ordered a coolaroo blind from Groupon on 6 Dec 2012. It stated goods will be received by 23 Dec.
Didn't happen
On 11 Jan 2013 I emailed my complain to Groupon.
On 15 Jan 2013 I got a reply stating they will revert back to me once they have feedback from the supplier, and I got a request no: #649799.
On 22 Jan 2013 I still had no response and send another complain on my current request no.
On 29 Jan 2013 I checked into the progress online and saw that someone else was assigned to the "case" and will revert back to me.
On 5 Feb 2013 I checked into the progress online and saw to my amazement that the "case" was "SOLVED" and CLOSED??? WHAT??? HOW??
I immediately send ANOTHER complain on the same request.
On 6 Feb 2013 I checked progress again and once again someone else was assigned to this "case" and will revert back to me.
On 7 Feb 2013 I checked again and ...!!! Once again the case is "SOLVED" and CLOSED???
What the??? I tried to phone customer service and after holding for 16 minutes, I got through to Cheryl at 10:40 a.m..
She assured me that she would phone me back before 11 a.m.
GUESS WHAT??? Nobody phoned!!
Just send my blind or refund my R499!! This is Ridiculous
